Brown Release Day Ogbo Ocoronquo, Sign’s Andre Szamite

The Cleveland Browns on Thursday signed the defensive end Ogbo Ocoronkavo and Kicker Andre Szmite.

The 30 -year -old Okoroncowo was entering the final season of his three -year -old contract.

He expressed goodwill in his now-formor club with a post on social media: “Land to the Land!”

Okoronkavo recorded 23 tackles and 3.0 sacks in 16 games (five beginnings) last season.

The Ram, a super bowl champion with Okoronkavo, has Los Angeles (2019-21), Houston Texas (2022) and 80 Career Games with Brown in 80 Career Games (13 beginnings) and a total number of 17.0 sacks and 17.0 sacks. He was selected by Ram in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft.

The 26 -year -old Szmyt was forgiven by Brown earlier this month. He joined Cleveland’s practice squad in December after kicking for St. Louis Battlehox of UFL in 2024.

Szmyt will serve as a backup for veteran Dustin Hopkins.
