Rafael Davors gave Homard and Brian Bello seven shutout innings, as Boston Red Sox completed a three-game sweep of New York Yankies with a 2–0 win on Sunday.
Bello (3–1) placed New York in three hits, ran three and hit eight. He threw a career-hai 114 pitch (72 strikes). After a thick start for the season, Bello played at least six innings in each of his last three.
The developers hit a single home run from New York Starter Max Fried (9-2) in the fifth innings. This was his 15th domestic run of the season and Boston’s lead increased by 2–0.
Red Sax also scored in the first innings when Romi Gonzalez scored three times and on the single of Trevor Story. Both came with two outsider in the hit innings.
In the eighth innings, New York’s first two hitter reliever reached the base against Brainnan Bernardino, but when Garat VHILOL reached the ground in the inning-ending double play Aaron Judge failed to score Yannies. The judge hit each of each of his three against Bello.
WHILOLD recorded five outs to earn his first savings of the season. Trent Grisham collected two of the five hits in New York.
Fried scored two runs on six hits in seven innings. He hit nine and two left.
Jeet extended Boston’s winning streak to five matches. This season is red sox 5–1 against Yennakis.
New York implicated six runners and scoring was 0 -for -5 with runners in scoring conditions. Each team hit 11 times.
Yankiz was held for four runs and 15 hits in the series. Boston won 2–1 in 10 innings on Friday and won 4–3 on Saturday.
The Red Sox trails the first place yankhes by 6 1/2 games in the American League East Standing. New York fell on the road by 21–16.
