Brenda Tracy, whose sexual harassment allegations were resulted in September 2023, Michigan State Football Coach Mail Tucker was dismissed, on Tuesday filed a federal case against the university’s trustees board and two individual board members.
MSU trustees Dennis Dano and REMA Waser have been accused of misconduct in the office in the 51-Page trial filed by Tracy. According to the suit, Dano and Waser were responsible for leaking Tracy’s name for news outlets and others during the investigation.
It also claims that the entire MSU Board of Trustees were negligent negligent, violated the code of conduct and conduct of the university and did other alleged misconceptions. Tracy is demanding compensatory and punitive loss of over $ 75,000.
Tucker was in a 10 -year contract in the state of Michigan in the third year of $ 95 million when its contract was finished. He had about 80 million dollars left on the deal.
In August 2024, Tucker filed a trial against Michigan State University and School leaders, alleging that he was incorrectly fired and his constitutional rights were violated following allegations of sexual harassment.
