Toronto Blue Jais is chirping about chasing the first place in the American League East.
The next step in that chase will come on Friday night when they would open a three-game series against Chicago White Socks.
Blue Jais stumbled Arizona Diamondback on Thursday afternoon at the conclusion of the three-market set after winning the first two games of the series, which opened the six-game homestand.
The disadvantage left Blue Jais in third place in the division, three games were removed from New York Yankis in the first place. Yankis ended the six-game losing streak on Thursday with a 7–3 win over Los Angeles Angels.
