Portland Trail Blazers have reached an agreement to purchase the final year of the contract of DEndre Iton and requested Wavers on it, making the Center a free agent, the team announced late on Sunday night.
Four years for the coming season on 26 -year -old Iton, $ 132 million owed to the contract of $ 35 million, which he signed with Phoenix Sun, according to several media reports.
Instead, he will hit a free agency on Monday and be in much demand than Portland, which in the first round of the two most recent drafts, Center Donovan Klingon (number 7) and Yang Hansen (number 16 in 2025) and also veteran Robert Williams III.

Portland achieved him as part of a three-team trade with Milwauki and Phoenix, which sent all-star guard Demian Lillard from Trail Blazers to the box from Trail Blazers on 27, 2023.
