The Betbom team defeated Talon Asports in a tiebreaker to determine the second place and Arora Gaming on Friday took the fourth and final playoff berths in another tiebreaker for the fourth and final playoff berth.
Betbom’s 2–1 victory made it a ticket directly in the upper-bracket final of the double-elimination playoff stage, and they would face pairing, which went 7–0 in Group Stage 2. Talon will settle for the lower-bracket semi-finals against Aurora, who will also win 2–1 to end the Gimin Gladiators tournament.
The $ 1 million Dota 2 tournament began with 16 teams, which divided into two groups of eight in Group Stage 1. The top four teams from each group were eliminated from the opening phase.
Group Stage 2 included a single round Robin of the best-three matches. Now the top four teams will compete in a double-elimination playoff bracket, with the best-three matches till the best-five grand finals on Sunday.
