Australia Star Travis Head to Miss IPL Clash ‘Kovid -19’ after setback: “Could not travel …”

Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) batter Travis Head will recall the match against Lucknow Super Veteran (LSG) on Monday, head coach Daniel Vettori revealed. According to Espncricinfo, Hyderabad captain Cummins and Head have informed SRH about their decision to return to India. Cummins’ manager, Neil Maxwell, confirmed that the Australian Test skipper was watching to return to India.
Maxwell told News Corp on Tuesday, “Pat has a responsibility as the captain of the franchise and is returning.”
The head of Cricket Australia’s national teams, Ben Oliver, has assured that the board will work towards working with the players on its personal decisions, who return to India in the next two days or not.
SRH, who is already out of the playoff race, will conclude his campaign against LSG (May 19) in Lucknow with a fixtures, against RCB (23 May) in Bengaluru and against KKR in Delhi.
