ATP Roundup: Novak Djokovic celebrated birthday with quarter -final win in Geneva

Second seed Novak Djokovich on Thursday upgraded Gont Geneva’s semi-finals, his 38th birthday, eighth seed in Switzerland with 6-4, 6–4 win over Italian Mattteo Arnoldi.
