The Aurora reached the top of the gaming Group A, while the Boom Asports took the biggest step with a pair of victory in the form of a Dreamlig season 26.
Boom was either the only team in the group to win both their matches, transferred it to another tie in Group A, meanwhile, Parivision and Yakult Brothers tied Group B with Group B and a tie APIS.
Sixteen teams are competing in the $ 1 million Dota 2 tournament, divided into two groups of eight in Group Stage 1. The top four teams of each group will proceed to Group 2, including a single round-robin group.
All match Group Stage 1 has two-marks series, while the next phase will have the best-three matches. The four teams will then compete in a double-elimination playoff bracket, with the best-three matches to the best-five grand final on 1 June.
The first place team will take the $ 1 million prize of $ 250,000, as well as $ 40,000 club reward. There will also be 29,200 ESL Pro Tour points distributed among the participating teams.
On Tuesday, Arora tied Nigma Galaxy 1–1 and defeated Team Liquid 2–0 to give her a place to Group A Standing. Arora defeated the liquid in green in 38 minutes and in 47 minutes on red.
Nigma Galaxy paired an easy win on Og.latam (29 minutes red, 23 minutes on green), while boom shed both Og.latam (29 minutes on red, 47 minutes on green) and Shopifi rebellion (55 minutes on green, 38 minutes on red).
In Group B, seven of the eight matches of the day ended in the final score of 2–0, although no team went for two. The only tie was the Yakult Brothers (39 minutes on the red), against the paravision (45 minutes on the red).
The priest proceeded to defeat Gimin Gladiators (43 minutes on green, 35 minutes on red), while YccLart Brothers went empty team Falcons (39 minutes and 32 minutes both in red).
