After hurting both the corners of his infield during a Monday 10–0 road win on Chicago White Sox, Arizona Diamondback Manager Tori Lovulo told reporters after the game that Star outfielder Corbin Carol had fractured a chip in his left wrist.

Carroll, who is going into the injured list, upheld the injury last Wednesday when he collided with a Justin Bruhl pitch in Toronto. Carols stopped to run the targets, but Blue Jais was removed from 8–1 loss before taking the ground again.

“It’s still a little confused for all of us,” Lovulo said about the injury, which was not revealed by X-rays that the night Carol was hit. “This is behind his hand; the effect of the ball hit his hand towards his hand. Just go to show you how difficult these people are.”

Lovulo said that he has no specific timetable of how long he expects to stay out of his star.

Lovullo said, “He is going to continue some opinion to find out what the official diagnosis means and what the time limit will be.”

Known for its mixture of speed and power, Carol led big companies with nine triples on Monday and finished eighth with 20 domestic runs. He sports a .255 batting average and 44 RBI and one .914 OPS.

The 24-year-old did a big breakout season in 2023, in which the National League Ruki of the Year won, NL-Star team and the most valuable player finished fifth in voting.

In 417 career games, Carol has 71 domestic runs, 35 triple, 201 RBI and 101 with stolen bases .257/.340/.488 slash line. He led NL in Triple in 2023 and ’24 ‘.

During Monday night’s game, the third baseless Eugenio Suarez (fourth in big companies with 25 domestic runs) and the first Basman Josh Niler left the competition early – Suarez was hit by a pitch with a pitch in the first innings with a right hand and Nyaller left the right with a right shoulder discount.

Both players are listed as day to day.
