Andrew McChen climbed HR list of Pirates in winning Marlins

Andrew McCchen hit a milestone three-run homer for supporting a solid start with Bailey Falter and won the host Pittsburgh Pirates 5–2 over Miami Marlins on Wednesday afternoon.

Pirates continued their recent bounce, won six matches for the fifth time, and concluded the nine-game homestand with six wins. Marlins has lost eight of his last 10.

In the fifth innings, McCachen had a three-run shot of the Maccchen’s three-run shot from the Marlins starter Cal Qantrill (3-7) as a pirate and took Roberto Clemente to third in the history of the franchise, who was behind the Cleans’s fellow Stargel and Ralf Kinar’s fellow halls only.

This was McCchen’s 325th career home run and put Pittsburgh ahead 4–0.

Quantril attacked four runs (three earned) on six hits and six on 99 pitches on two walks.

Herberto Hernandez placed Marlins with a single home run of Fault (5-3) on the board at the top of the sixth.

After Otto Lopez retired in a ground, the falter was removed after 71 pitches. He gave five hits, ran one and hit three in 5 1/3 innings.

Brexon Eshytrafts moved forward to walk to Eric Vagaman, who came for the second run of Marlins on a grounder by Jesus Sanchez after Connor Norbi was single.
