Andrew Abbott stops the fire because red improves 5-0 vs. Guardians

Andrew Abbott threw three-hitters for the first full-game shutout of Cincinnati in four years and Spencer Stere went into the sole run on Tuesday night to win a 1-0 win over Cleveland Guardians.
In the fifth innings from Slade Sekoni (1-3), Stear’s Singal scored Wil Benson and helped Cincinnati win the fifth consecutive win. Reds has won six out of their last seven and for the first time since May 3 stands two games above 500.
Abbott (6–1) had five strikes and a walk as they threw 77 of their 110 pitches for the strike. The left -handed batsman gave hits in the second, fifth and ninth innings, but let only two parents reach another basis.
Cleveland, which is 0-5 against his in-state rival this season, placed a possible tying run at the ninth twice in the ninth.
Steven Quan led a walk, but was wiped out by David Fry’s double-play grounder. Jose Ramirez sang when Abbott sang Carlos Santana to fly to the left to complete his excellent work.
Ramirez’s hit raised his career-Lumb on-base Streak to 36 games. The six-time all-star has hit 32 of the 32 games from 6 May.
CECCONI posted a career-high-tie eight strikes in five innings. The right-handed batsman gave one run on four hits and fell against Reds for a lifetime of 0-3.
Reds Center Fielder TJ Fridal looted an additional-base hit fry in the fourth, grabbing a running just below the top of the wall. He crashed into the throne and spent some time on the ground before shaking his inconvenience.
One innings later, the Guardian first Basman Carlos Santana created a back-to-back defensive gems with two. He grabbed Matt McClen’s dishonesty in line after the second baseman Angel Martinez hit the back, then doveed the Fredal’s divide at the effort.
Reds promoted the left-handed La Sorsa from Triple-e Louisville before the game. He filled the roster spot of the Pitcher Brent Sutter, which was placed in the mourning list.
