After the disappointing show of the Indian cricket team at the Border Gavaskar Trophy in Australia, a series of news leaks came after a disappointing show of the Indian cricket team, which Rohit Sharma-led team. While the disadvantage of a chain is part of the game, the dressing room was leaking quite regularly after the news series. There were reports that there was a certain player who wanted for the interim captain of the team, then another shocking report was alleged that India coach Gautam Gambhir had convicted Sarfaraz Khan for the leaked news.
Now, if a report is to be believed in the Hindi Daily Dynic Awareness, the BCCI has bounced in action and dismissed Assistant Coach Abhishek Nair, yet it is only eight months in his tenure with the Indian cricket team. There is no official confirmation from BCCI’s favor regarding development. If BCCI issues a statement about the same, the report will be updated. The report further claimed that the BCCI recently sent a notice stating that any assistant employee who has been with the team for more than three years can be removed from service. Fielding coach T Delip and trainer Soham Desai, who has been with the team for three years, has also been removed from service, the report states.
No new appointment will be made in place of Nair and Delip. The domestic cricket Great Citizer Kotak is already associated with the team, while Ryan will oversee the role played by Ten Dotat Dotte. Desai’s role will be handled by Adrian Le Rukes. South Africa is currently associated with Punjab Kings. From 2008 to 2019, he worked with Kolkata Knight Riders. From 2002 to 2003, he also worked with the Indian team. Adrians will join the Indian team after the IPL.
Earlier, saying that “debate” should not come to a public domain in the dressing room, India’s head coach Gautam Gambhir said that he had some “honest” conversation with his players because only the performance can help him stay in the set-up. Amid reports of disturbance in the dressing room, Gambhir declared and sought to sink the fire and sought that he was “just reports, not truth”. “The debate between the coach and the player should remain in the dressing room. Hard words. They were not just the truth.”
He said, “Indian cricket will remain in safe hands until honest people will not live in the dressing room. The only thing that keeps you in the dressing room is a performance. Honest words were and honesty is important,” he said.
“There is only one trend and only one discussion – this team is the first ideology that matters. You need to play the game that the team needs. You can still play your natural game in a team’s game – but if the team needs you – you need to play in a certain way,” said the head coach.
