Punjab Kings shot on their legs, as Nehal Wadhera’s pair and Josh Iglis produced an epic mix-up running between wickets, making a cheerful run out. Both batsmen were found wandering at the same end of the pitch as Virat Kohli and Tim David dropped Vahera for only 5 runs. Kohli, who was part of the fielding team, produced the run-out, shocked everyone with his celebration of the wicket. With the fall of a big wicket, Kohli also targeted someone with a gesture.
In a video that appeared on social media, it seemed that Kohli’s gesture was towards PBKS’s late batter Wadera.

Punjab landed to take a flight against Bengaluru as Priyash Arya and Prabhasimran Singh scored 42 runs on the board for the first wicket. After the pair left, the team struggled to partner together. Shreyas Iyer (6) and Nehal Vadhera (5) left early, leaving the team a lot in the middle overs.
It was RCB captain Rajat Patidar who won the toss and opted for the first field. The out-of-form for the RCB match was replaced by Liam Livingstone in Romario Shepherd.
“We are going to bowl first. The wicket looks decent, will not change much. Batting will give more clarity about the second game and wickets. We are not watching places, just trying to play good cricket. Shepherd comes for Livi,” Patidar said after winning the toss.
“We also wanted to bowl. At the end of the day, you will always have to customize according to the situation. See how the ball is going on.
PBK defeated RCB only a few days ago in Bengaluru.
