Adolis Garcia hit a walk-off two-air homer at the bottom of the ninth innings, which won 4-3 in the middle game of Texas in Texas to win Texas Rangers 4-3 at Los Angeles Dojers on Saturday afternoon.
Garcia’s explosion on the left region’s wall came away from the Kirby Yets of Dojers – which was close to the Rangers in 2024 – and followed the leadoff double by Josh Smith. Home Run Garcia was the fourth of the season, and it made the third pitcher to Texas a winner from the Jacob Web (2–0).
Yets (1-1) blew their first of the year. For Los Angeles, six players made a hit each, with four-game winning streak.
Texas managed only five hits, but won the series for the fourth time in five matches.
Shohi Ohtani recalled his second direct game while in the paternity list. His wife gave birth to a daughter, it was declared on Saturday.
Both the beginnings – Roki Sasaki for Los Angeles and Nathan Ewaldi for Texas picked well to win, but an error by EOVDI made a difference in handing the lead to the doseers.
Sasaki conceded two runs on two hits in four hits six innings, while traveling out of four and three on foot. Ewaldi scattered five hits, leaving three runs (two earned) and excluded seven without walking.
