Dewald Brevis DRS Drama Stuns CSK, Ravindra Jadeja argued with the umpire. Watch

One of the most in-form batsmen of Chennai Super Kings, Developed Bravis, the Indian Premier League (IPL) became the center of controversy in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 against Royal Challengers Bangalore at M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Saturday. Brevis faced a golden duck after the Lungi cash was given by the on-field umpire on his first ball. It seemed that the umpire erased with a call, inspiring the signs of review by the young CSK batsman. However, after telling South African, the heart was broken that the time to review the call was over.
As soon as the ball hit his pad, it seemed that it was going down towards the foot, yet Brevis took his time and discussed with the non-strayer Jadeja before indicating the DRS. However, a review could not be taken. He and Jadeja gave a brief argument with the umpire on the field that it was reported that the clock had gone out.

Later Repley showed that the ball was going down towards the leg and remembering the stump by a big margin. The incident not only raised questions on the DRS timer, but also a call by the on-field umpire to go out in the first example.
No 15-second DRS timer was shown on the screen, and when Brevis wanted to review it, the umpires said, “No, you have to leave.”
Good fixing.

It seemed that the Brevis was not able to see the DRS timer on the screen, therefore, it was thought that he had time to discuss the umpire’s decision with Jadeja before going up. But, as it turned out, it had gone out over time.
The DRS dispute became fatal to CSK as the franchise suffered a 2 -run defeat against RCB to stay under the IPL 2025 points table. Despite the heroic performances of Super Kings Ayush Mahtere and Ravindra Jadeja, the run chase stumbled in the run chase, scoring 94 and 77 runs respectively.
With a win at home, RCB completed double for the first time on CSK in the IPL season, already won the reverse stability in the Chepack.
