In front of the third year of WNBA’s Indiana fever, the center of Aliah Boston, the upcoming expansion team of NWSL, has become an investor in Boston Legacy FC.

Boston was the WNBA Ruki of the Year for fever in 23, 2023 and scored the best 16.2 career marks in 21 games (all starting) this season with 7.9 rebounds and 3.6 assistance.

In three sessions in the WNBA, the South Carolina product and the native of the Virgin Islands have secured 14.6 points with 8.5 rebounds and 2.9 in 101 games (all started). She has been an all-star in all three sessions in the league.

Boston was the number 1 overall draft pick by Indiana in 2023.

Boston Legacy FC will start playing in NWSL in 2026. With the onset of a Danver franchise in the same season, it will bring the team’s total teams to 16.

The Boston Legacy FC has a women’s ownership group led by Stephanie Konagatan, Amy Danoff, Jennifer Epstein and Anna Palmer. Investors include gymnast Elli Rayasman, actor Elizabeth Banks and President of Boston Celtics, the chairman of the Basketball Operations Brad Stevens.
