Chris Gotterup wins the second career with a win at the Scottish Open

Chris Gotterup shot 66 across the 4-endr to outl the Northern Ireland’s Rory McLaroy and won the Genesis Scottish Open in North Bervik, Scotland on Sunday.

Gotterup’s 15-underup 265 total two strokes were better at Mcilroy and the Renaissance Club from Marco Penn in England.

Gotterup won the second time on PGA Tour. Sunday’s results guaranteed him a place during the coming weeks in the open championship.

Penn shot 66 in the final round and Mcilroy posted 68.

Mcilroy, who aims to win the tournament for the second time in three years, led the back-to-back on the fourth and fifth holes. But after a shirt at number 8, they had pars in each of the last 10 holes.

Denmark’s Nikolai Hodgard (64) and England’s Matt Fitzpatrick (67) shared in fourth place under 12.

Gotarop used four beats on six-hal stretch at number 12 to go to the top. He took a two-shot lead to his bogie at number 15, where he hit his tea shot in Rough.

But on the next hole, Gotorup again rolled two-shot benefits in a 10-foot beardi.

The best phase of the day was Justin Rose of England, who shot 63 and moved 11 in the sixth place, better than Austria’s Sep Straka (67).

World No. 1 Scotty Sheffler finished eighth under 9 of his second 67 of the tournament.

Scotland’s defending champion Robert McIntire was 71 for the second time in the tournament and finished 65th in 2 overs.

Due to weather concerns, most of the fog related, T Times were moved up and golfers were placed in Threesome.
