Chan Kim used a late eagle to correct the ship and end the second round, which was with a five-shot lead in the ISCO Championship on Friday at Louisville, KY.

Kim opened the PGA Tour alternative program at her new site, Hurstborne Country Club, with a brilliant round of 61 Thursday for the benefit of four-stroke. Par-5, after opening with a Birdi in 10th Hole on Friday, he gave his cushion with a bogie in Nos 11, 16 and 1.

Kim implicated Beu Hosler with a shot when he reached number 4, where her pitch came in warm from a distance of 36 yards and exploded in the hole. He added Burdies in 7-8 to climb 11-under 129.

35-year-old Kim gave the fourth hole for the second straight round.

“I don’t know what the obstacles are to do, but the boy, if I can make four 2s on that hole then I will be very happy,” he quipped.

Kim – A tourist who has won 10 titles between Japan Golf Tour and Corn Ferry Tour – is half of his first PGA Tour Triumph.

“I know, as I said, these people are very good, someone is going to catch,” Kim said. “I already know that I can do best. I handle myself when I won all those events and it should just be patient and play my game, stick to our game plan and I think I should work.”

The nearest contestants are Chris Ventura (64 Friday) of Norway, Vince Whale (67) and Germany’s Thomas Rosenueler (69), who finished second in 6. Hosar settled for a 68 and a part of the fifth, tied with Kevin Kisner (69), English David Skin (64) and many others.

Ventura had a curved route for its 64, which was tied with the skin for the day round. He had a bogie between a double bogie and four birdies on the front nine, but he placed the pedal down and five more people were coming in.

Ventura said, “I think it must be rotating it after a double bogie on Highlight 4.” “I think the old Chris must have really got angry and maybe let me impress a little bit. I just knew that it is playing hard so if you shoot just a couple under equal, then you are going to be there.”
