White Sox LHP Fraser Allad to return to doubleheader

Left -handed reliever Fraser Alard returned to the Chicago White Sox against Cleveland Indians for Friday’s doubleheader.
Alard, who is reconsidered from the left lat strain with Triple-e-Charlotte, will serve as the 27th player for both sports.
The 27-year-old Alard was on IL from 4 May, but transferred to the 60-day list on 8 June. In 10 relief outings in Charlot, he overtook 3.27 ERA with 11–0 and 1–0 with 12 strikeouts in 11 innings.
This season is in seven relief appearances for white sox, with 6.75 ERAs with 0–2 and 6.2 innings with 10 strikeouts.
Chicago’s eighth round pick in the 2021 draft, 2–5 with Alard 4.40 ERA and 36 strikeouts in 32 shows, all in relief, in their two sessions with white sox.
