The twins try to sweep the cub.

The Minnesota twins will go for a three-game sweep against the Chicago cub, when the teams held a meeting at the conclusion of their series in Minianpolis on Thursday afternoon.
The twins are coming back-to-back win-8-1 on Tuesday and 4-2 on Wednesday. Minnesota has won four of their last five matches, which are four games left before the all-star break.
Twins manager Rokko Baldelli on Wednesday praised his players for being aggressive on Baspaths, who was winning the cub on Wednesday. This is something that he wants to see on Thursday.
In one drama, Ryan Jeffers worked hard for the third base and the third-base coach was waved by Tommy Watkins. In another drama, Royce Lewis stole a delay after being caught in a randon between the first and second base and Lewis left for the house.
Baldelli said it was important to score runs against quality opponents such as cubs. He said that the jeffers may have been thrown out in the plate if not for the delayed relay throw.
Baldelli said, “You are going to find a way to advance some runs.” “They are not all easily coming.
“If with the relay clean (trying to score the jeffers), who knows, maybe we are outside. But you know what you do? You pressurize the other side, something happens.”
Meanwhile, the cubs are eager to have something in the plate.
Chicago has scored only three runs in two matches against twins. This is an important departure from his previous series, when he scored 28 runs in three matches against his division rival St. Louis Cardinals.
The cub’s manager Craig Counsel said it was important to get down for his hits to get a better start.
“It was again a quiet night,” COUNSELL said. “Twin children have a very good bull, so it is inherent in such a way that you are starting them. And the first two days of the series, we have not done.”
The next chance of the cub will come against the right-handed Chris Padack (3-7, 4.64 ERA) of the twins, which will start their 19th of the season. On Friday, he is not taking one-to-day against Tampa Bay rays when he gave two runs on five hits in five innings.
Padack has made two debut against the cub in his career. He is 1–1 with 4.35 ERAs in those games, 13 strikeouts and 10 in 1/3 innings.
The cubs will see their team’s right-handed Colin Ri (6-3, 4.13) to help your team avoid sweep. REC is looking for its third straight victory by defeating Houston Astro and Cardinals in their last two initials.
Ri made a debut against twin children in 2023. He suffered losses after giving four runs on five hits in five innings.
The twins outfielder Biren may be unavailable in the conclusion of the Bayuon Buxon series after a pitch was hit by a pitch on the left Pinky Finger. He stayed in the game before going to the beginning.
Buxon, who is ready to participate in the all-star game festival next week, is not expected to remember significant times after being hit on the finger.
“It seems that he is going to recover,” Baldelli said. “They did some imaging and all this was alright. He was a lot of sore, however, we would see (about Thursday).”
