Jannik Sinner Tops Ben Shelton, Vimbaldon reaches the semi -finals

The top seeded mass genitals showed no indication of 10th seed Ben Shelton on Wednesday 7-6 (2), 6-4, 6-4 to proceed to Wimbledon’s semi-finals in London on Wednesday.
Italy’s sinner, Wimbledon, must be making his second appearance in the semi -finals. He lost to Novak Djokovic in straight sets in 2023.
“I am very happy about today’s performance,” Sinner said in court after two hours, 19 minutes of matches. “Playing against him (shelton) is very difficult. You have a possibility and then he works very well, as we saw in the previous game. Overall, we play each other more and more, we know each other a little better, and I am eager to fight such a fight.”
Cinner continued his run against Shelton, moving 6–1 in a head series with his head. This was the first match of this Wimbledon Fortnight among the top 10 players, and Sinner showed why he is number 1.
Italian limited his mistakes, recording 33 winners and 17 unexpected errors. Shelton had 29 winners – 14 of them from service aces – and 38 unexpected errors.
For the sinner, the best news was that his elbow issue was improving.
“When you are in a match with great stress, you try not to think about it,” said the sinner, who wore a sleeve on his arm. “It has improved a lot since yesterday. Yesterday my day was very low in practice court, 20 minutes with coaches. But I was looking forward to (match).
“This is not an excuse. There is no better platform to play tennis, and I think I showed it today.”
Shelton gave a chance to win the first set. In the tie-breaker, he went up 2–0, then lost seven straight points to leave the set.
Only two service brakes appeared in the match-Shelton served below 5-4 in the last game of the second and third sets of the two.
In the semi -finals, Sinner faced the winner of the latter match between Wimbledon Champion Djokovic, fifth seeded, and without Italian flavio Koboli. Koboli should win, this will be the first time many Italians have played in the Wimbledon semi -finals.
