According to ESPN, the 12-year-old center/forward was traded in lieu of Malaki Brahm, Blake Wesley and the second round of draft pick (2026) at San Antonio.
34-year-old Olinic was originally acquired by New Orleans Pelican as part of a deal to bring Brandon Ingram to Toronto through 2024–25 season. Pelican packed Olenik on 24 June with Guard CJ McColm to acquire Jordan Pole and Saddik Bay from Vizards.
After never being favorable for Washington, Olinic now joins the spurs, which he will become the eighth NBA team, for which he has played, should he suit for the organization of this fall. Olinic first played for Boston Cultics (2013–17), Miami Heat (2017-21), Houston Rockets (2021), Detroit Piston (2021–22), Utah Jazz (2022–24), Rapter (2024–25) and Pelican.
In the 2013 NBA draft, number 13 is a total of 10.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.5 assistance per game of Oleneek.
Branham, 22, was the first round of the spurs (202 in 2022). In the previous season, the guard got only 5.0 points and 0.8 assistance per game, which is below its stalled average of 10.2 points and 1.9 aid. In the 188 Career Games (61 Starts), he has achieved an average 8.5 points and 1.7 assistance.
22 -year -old Vesley, similarly a late guard selected in the first round of the 2022 draft has been taken. He has a career average of 4.3 points and 2.4 assistance from 156 games (four starting).
