RCB Pesar Yash Dayal booked by the police in the alleged sexual exploitation case

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Fast bowler Yash Dayal finds himself entangled in serious legal trouble, in which an FIR was lodged against him in Ghaziabad for alleged sexual exploitation on the pretext of marriage. The complaint filed by a woman claiming to have a relationship with Dayal for five years was initially submitted to the complaint portal of the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh. A formal FIR was filed on Monday after a preliminary police investigation.

Dayal arrested under BNS 69?

The woman alleged that Dayal repeatedly promised to marry, introduced her to her family, and established physical intimacy based on those assurances. She has accused RCB Pesar of mental, physical and emotional abuse, further alleging that she was involved with several women during her relationship.

According to a report by IndiaexpressDayal has been booked under Section 69 of the Indian Justice (BNS), which is related to sexual acts made through deception or false promises of marriage. The law is sentenced to 10 years with monetary fines. An FIR has been lodged at Inepuram police station.

The woman, who had allegedly sought medical aid for depression due to mental stress of the relationship, alleges that she was manipulated by both Dayal and her family.
