Brendon McCullum has urged MCC’s leading groundsman Carl McDermot to prepare a pitch at Lord’s, helping the bowlers and not just a flat deck.

England have won 59 out of 145 Tests at Lord’s, including 12 out of 19 matches against India.

Even though Lords have had very good memories in India, they have won only 3 out of 19 Test site. But with two wins in its last four matches at the venue, India is not to be taken lightly. Shubman Gill confirmed Jasprit Bumrah’s return to Lord’s, life can be equally difficult for England batsmen.
