The Chicago cub won from 11–3 from 11-3 on Friday, cursing eight home runs in the same game for the destruction of Independence Day for the arrival of St. Louis Cardinals.
Michael Bush enjoyed his first career Three-Humor Game, and Pete Crow-Armestrong presented the 22nd and 23rd dingers of the season. Dancebi Swansan and Busch back and forth in the seventh innings to break the team’s record.
The cub took a 7–0 lead with six domestic runs in the first three innings. Both Sea Suzuki and Crow-Armestrong went to the yard in the first innings, Busch and Carson Kelly took a turn for the benefit of 4–0 in the second, and Cro-Armystrong and Bush made 414 and 428 feet pitches 414 and 428 feet respectively.
Miles Mikolas (4-6) served those six domestic runs in fourth place in July. He stayed in six innings, scoring eight runs on 10 hits without walking. The veteran right -handed batsman had never given more than four homeers in a game.
The run support was a welcome scene for Colin Ri (6-3), the cub starter, which was allowed in the only hit 6 2/3 innings, was the fourth-inning solo shot by Brendon Donovan. Ri hit four and two went away.
In the fifth innings, Bush single-handed the center to the center and gave a 8–1 lead to the domestic cruce-armed and Chicago. Busch finished 4 -for -4 with five RBI.
In the seventh, with two outsider and one, Swansan saw a ciner from King 423 feet to 1–0, which was at the center for the seventh home run of the cub. This was Swansan’s first domestic run since June 19.
After five pitches, Bush sent a curlball in the first line of seats in the left-cantter field. He improved his first year in his first year with four shy, Chicago, four shy of his career from 17, 2024 in his season.
Cardinals scored two runs in the ninth, while facing the position player John Burti on the mound. Prior to Pedro pages, Lars Nochar sang the house Garat Hampson, attracted a base-loaded walk.
