Manny Machao’s 3-Run double helped knock the padres with phillies

Manny Machao scored three runs in support of Nick Piwata, who in the first game of Wednesday, pacified Philadelphia Philos in six innings to guide San Diego Padress for a 6-4 road victory.

Adrian Morezone solved things with 1 1/3 innings of scorer relief before avoiding a difficult position in the ninth for its 24th Save.
Suarez allowed Brandon Marsh an RBI single with two outs. He then gave a single single to the turn turner, which securely upgraded Marsh in third place on a play, which was reversed after a replay review. Turner stole another, but Suarez found Schwar on a high fastball to seal the victory.
