Report: Rangers D CENDRE Miller joining the can in sign-end-trade

Several reports said on Tuesday that Carolina will give a contract of eight years, $ 60 million to the storm defenseman KEndre Miller, $ 60 million, which would contract with New York Rangers $ 60 million in a sign-and-tride.
