Ravi Shastri, Sunil Gavaskar Slam to relax Jasprit Bumrah for Gautam Gambhir

India’s Test Captain Shubman Gill ended all speculation around Jasprit Bumrah when he announced, “No Bumrah.” After 0–1 in the five-match Test series and after an eight-day break, the India team management decided to rest the Premier Fast Bowler, despite announcing Bumrah’s availability. The decision was not good between fans and two former India captains, Sunil Gavaskar and Ravi Shastri. Both of them called the decision difficult to believe.

“This is a very important match, they have a week’s holiday. I am a little surprised that Bumrah is not playing this game. It should be taken out of the player’s hand.
