CSK wants Sanju Samson, RCB guilty for playing 2 spinners in EDGBASTON and organized India?

On the eve of the second test in Birmingham, Shubman Gill said that the top-order needs to be taken responsibility, as the tail is not strong like some other teams in the world. The Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) blamed the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) for a deadly stampede, claiming the lives of 11 persons and injuring more than 50 people on 4 June. Subsequently, the Bangalore government blamed the police and suspended three IPS officers. After reviewing judicial member Justice BK Srivastava and member Santosh Mehra, Kat has said that RCB takes responsibility for stampede. Read more here.
