Report: Rangers signed a 7 -year extension to D Vladislav Gavricov

New York Rangers signed a contract of unrestricted free agent Defenseman Vladislav Gavricov for seven years, $ 49 million, several media outlets reported on Tuesday.

Gavricov’s alleged acquisition also comes with Rangers, as well as the fellow Defenseman KEndre Miller.

29-year-old Gavricov recorded 30 points (five goals, 25 supports) and averaged a career-high 23:05 snow time with Los Angeles Kings playing in all 82 regular-season games this last season. The 6-Foot-3 Ste-at-Hom Defenseman was playing on a two-year contract of $ 11.75 million.

Gavricov got 135 points (29 goals, 106 aids) in 435 career games with Columbus Blue Jackets and Kings. He was selected by Blue Jacket in the sixth round of the 2015 NHL draft.
