Sergio Garcia earns discounts in Open Championship

Sergio Garcia has earned a discount to play in the open championship in Royal Portrash to stand on a live tour.
The 45-year-old Spaniard, who failed to qualify for the last two after playing every year from 1998 to 2022, secured his slot as the rebate list welcomes live-ranked non-ranked players provided they are in the top five.
Garcia Liv’s individual championship is fifth in the points list and all four players-Jokine Neemon, Bryson Decombo, John Rahm and Patrick Reid-Utri Ireland already in the 153rd Open to be held on July 17-20 in the Royal Portrash in Ireland.
Garcia, who has the only major championship 2017 Masters, has challenged for open titles on several occasions. He lost a playoff for Padreig Harrington in Cornosti in 2007 and shared two shots behind Rori McLero in 2014 in Royal Liverpool.
