Jabeur to ‘slightly disconnected’ from tennis after Wimbledon retirement

Former Wimbledon finalist Ons Jabar continued on Monday when she retired from her first round match against Bulgaria’s Wicktoria Tomova at the All England Club in London.

Tomova won 7-6 (5), 2–0.

In the first set, Jabur and Tomova exchanged the break of service before breaking Tomova’s service within 3–2 in the game lasting 22 points. At that time, Jobur requested a medical timeout.
