Lando Noris left the McLaren team partner Oscar Piastry to win the Austrian Grand Prix on Sunday at Spielberg, Austria.
Pol Citter Noris fought with the piastry in the early stages and again before the third win of the east side and before the first month of Monaco Grand Prix.
“We had a great battle, sure,” Noris said on the radio in his post-race interview “very stress, but a lot of fun. A good battle, so it was well done to the Oscars.”
Noris scored 25 points after finishing the race in 1 hour, 23 minutes and 47.693 seconds. Piastry crossed the Finnish line 2.695 seconds later in a pocket of 18 points, followed by Ferrari team partner Charles Lakeler (19.82 seconds behind Noris) and Lewis Hamilton (29.02) and George Russell (62.396) of Mercedes.
Russell captured his first F1 win of the year on 15 June, leading to Wire-to-Vair in Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal.
Piastry took a 15 -point gains on Noris and a 61 -point lead over champion Max Vestapen, which finished third after a clash with Mercedes km Antonally during Turn 3 in the opening lap.
The verstappen did not end.
The incident brought out a security car and a lot of dishonest language from Vestapane. Steovers later gave Antoneley a three-place grid penalty for their next race.
