Montreal Canadines on Friday acquired Noah Dobson in a sign-end-trade agreement with New York Islanders as the head-jodi defenseman agreed to contract for eight years, $ 76 million.

Dobson recorded 39 points (10 goals, 29 assistance) and an average of 23:16 snow time in 71 matches in the previous season.
The native of Prince Edward Island selected 230 points (50 goals, 180 support) at 388 Career Games by the islands with the 12th overall pick of the 2018 draft.
The 23 -year -old Henman had 18 points (10 goals, eight aids) in 62 matches with Canadines last season. He was held without a point in four competitions during the 2023-24 season to open his NHL career.
18-year-old Ekunde scored 19 goals and assisted 41 regular-season games in 41 regular-season games in the first division of 12 Golden.
18 -year -old Aichson assisted 26 goals and 33 in 64 games for Barry.
