Better Quake Host Low Galaxy Host in California Classico

After a four -goal explosion, who took his crime back on track, San Jose earthquake would be at least close to the house when they host Los Angeles Galaxy in another version of California Classico on Saturday.

The team’s first game in Bay area will be at Stanford Stadium in a month as the teams renewed their rivalry with 40,000 tickets already sold for the match.

Earthquakes (7-7-5, 26 points) enter the FC Dallas after a 4-2 road win on Wednesday. Christian Arngo, Joseph Martinez and Bew Lerox gave San Jose the second-half goals to overcome a 1-0 shortage. Mark-Athni Kya scored in second-half stop time.

With seven wins this season, the earthquake crossed its total six from last season when he finished last at the Western Conference. They enter fifth place in Saturday’s game.

Galaxy’s head coach Greg Vanni said, “We will put one behind us, come back, and are going on the weekend.” “They understand what this is to play San Jose and it’s a Classico. Just didn’t play them long ago, we have a very good understanding of what they are going to look and how the game will be played.”

Before Wednesday, Los Angeles’ most recent game without a goal was in domestic loss to San Jose on 28 May. Oseni Boda scored the game alone.

Christian Ramirez led the galaxy with four goals, but has not scored in the last nine matches – while each of the last five competitions comes out of the bench.

Los Angeles continues to play without star midfielder Ricky Puig, who came with a knee injury in the last season’s playoffs.

Saturday’s play is the 104th edition of California Classico rivalry with Los Angeles, which has a profit of 50–34–19.
