Not Set vs. Pirates, Brucers Tab Freddy Paralta

Millvauki Braves will move to experienced right -handed Freddy Paralta as they bounce back against Pittsburgh Pirates on Tuesday.
Paralta (7-4, 2.76 ERA) will be opposed by left-arm Andrew Honey (3-6, 3.94).
Pirates took the series opener 5-4 on Monday. Nick Gonzhalase had a career-high five hits-two doubles and three singles-and went in two runs, and Tommy Fam prepared for the pirates, who won back-to-back games for the first time since 9 June.
Bruers had won their last four matches, scoring 43 runs in that period. He scored four or more runs when he fell to 36–9.

Peralta is 3–1 with 2.89 ERA in its final seven. He has 2–1 with 2.74 ERA in four outings this month, he made his last two start.
At his last beginning, he allowed three runs in five innings, leaving two homer, but won the 8–7 road win over the Chicago cub.
Peralta 23 career performances are 2–2 with 3.48 ERAs, including 14 starts, against Pittsburgh. He has once faced pirates this season, allowing two runs (one earned) in 4 1/3 innings, but did not get a decision in loss of 6–5 in late May.
Pirates exploded 14 hits in the opener after receiving 15 hits in a 8–3 win over Texas on Sunday. This was the first time Pittsburgh recorded back-to-back games with at least 14 hits since May 2023.
Prior to his domestic run, the phel was one of the six players in the major league with more than 180 plate appearances and had no domestic runs.
On Thursday, Honey would like to bounce back after giving seven runs in four innings in four innings defeat in Detroit.
“This is not the first time I have made a bad beginning. I have done a lot of them in my career,” Honey said after her final outing. “You are just going out of there, do the same thing, prepare yourself and make better pitches, and do better outing next time.”
He has 6.07 ERA in the last five beginnings, which is going 0-3 while scoring 18 earned runs in 26 2/3 innings.
Honey starts 1-2 with 4.66 ERA in four careers.
