Marlins hits on time, offering winning series on braves

Otto Lopez prepared a pair of two hits and a pair of RBI and Kyle Stores on Sunday afternoon to help Miami Marlins to win a 5-3 rubber-game victory over Atlanta Braves.

Xavier Edwards, along with RBI and Sandy Alakantara (4-8), Gaya (4-8) threw six-hit, six-run innings of three runs, while out of four, out of four.

Michael Harris II allowed Ronnie Henrix to reach the ground in a double play and take out Shaun Murphy for his second Sev of the season, Ronnie Henriques allowed Alex Wordugo’s leadoff single to finish ninth in the ninth. Miami won her first series over Atlanta from September 2023.

Bryus Alder (2–4) allowed five runs on 10 hits in 5 1/3 innings, took out of four and ran one for Braves, who followed the three-game sweep of New York Mets with a loss of a series in Miami. Ronald Ekuna Junior and Ozi Albies went to 2 -Four -4.

After doubled on the first pitch of the game, Ekuna Matt moved to third place on Olson’s flyout and left the single of Austin Riley.

The second place in the 11th home run of the Stowers rose 1–1 in the second place.

Braves re-retaliated the lead in the third, as Ekuna’s single and Olson’s walk was followed by Drake Baldwin’s two-out RBI single.

Miami pulled back to the lower part of the third, as the Edwards went and stole his 14th base of 2025 before scoring at the single to center of Lopez.

Marlins grabbed the lead in fifth place as Jesus Sanchez sang three times and Lopez. Along with two outsiders, Dane Myers made it 4–2 in Lopez.

Atlanta withdrew a run in the sixth as Baldwin moved, Albis excluded the singles and Wordugo to get visitors within 4-3.

Miami took her lead in the sixth as Nick Fortes doubled and went to third place on the sacrifice distribution of Xavier Sanoja. The Elder was replaced by the Dylan Dodd, who allowed the RBI single of Edwards to right.

Anthony Bender relieved Alkantara in the seventh, threw the 1/3 scorer innings.
