Rangers place 1B jake burger (oblique) in the 10-day injured list

Texas Rangers put the first Basman Jake Burger on Saturday due to a left diagonal tension in the 10-day injured list.
In the same move, Rangers recalled the first Basiman Fosmman Foster, who stopped from Triple-e-Round Rock.
The 29-year-old Burger felt tight to his left on a swinging strike in the seventh innings of Rangers 6–2 in Pittsburgh on Friday night.
Burger said on Saturday, “I hoped that it was going into a scan that it was like some kind of cramps.” “I think, for me, I have dealt with it in the past, and it is very quick. My mind is in 11 days. I will let my body tell me and work with training staff and power employees, but my brain on that 11th day, and coming back as soon as possible.”
The burger is batting. He is second in the team with 13 couples.
For his career, a .246 hitter with Burger 82 homers and Chicago White Sox (2021–23), Miami Marlins (2023-24) and 214 RBI in 409 sports for Rangers. He was sidelined for about three weeks in the last season with Marlins due to a left intercostal strain. He missed about 10 days with a light diagonally stress while playing for white sox in 2023.
26 -year -old Fasku played for Rangers in 15 matches last season and batted with an RBI .048 (2 -for -42). Texas selected him in total 14th position in the 2020 MLB draft from Mississippi state. He has killed .269 with 10 Homeers and 37 RBI in 50 games for round rock.
Rangers Infileder Ezequiel Duran, who are killing .143 (7-For-49) in 24 Games, can get the node on the first basis, the manager Bruce Bocha said.
“I want to give Zeke some runways here,” Bocch said. “I think he is swinging better, and he gives us a good option on the first basis. It is good to see him making some adjustments.”
