Sceptres Sign G Ellen Chul, F Clair Dalton for 1 year deals

Toronto Sceptres came with goalkeeper Ellen Chulli and Forward Clair Dalton on a one -year contract on Tuesday.
Both players have been signed through the 2025–26 PWHL season after spending the previous season with Montreal Victor.
31-year-old Chuli posted 2.42 goal-average and .910 per cent in 11 games (10 starts) in 2024-25.
“Ellen brings continuity to our team. A perfect goalkeeper in the league, she brings a lot of symptoms, which we give importance to both on ice. We are also excited to sign Clare Dalton, which brings shape, a great shot and a high ceiling,” SCEPTRES general manager Jina Kingsbury said. “We believe that these two athletes will excel in our market, and we are excited to keep them in SREPTRES Jersey.”
There is no stranger to play in Chuli Toronto, as the native of Ontario spent three sessions with six at the Premier Hockey Federation in the final season of the Canadian Women’s Hockey League in 2018-19.
“I can’t be too excited to come home for Toronto and join Sceptres for the next season,” Chuli said. “This means that I have a chance to come back close to the house and play in front of such an emotional fan base. I am incredibly grateful to the opportunity to represent this city and this organization, and I am ready to compete to bring back a championship to Toronto.”
25 -year -old Dalton, who lives from Toronto, scored a total of 18 points (eight goals, 10 assistance) in 50 matches in the last two sessions.
“I am really excited to have the opportunity to be a Toronto scepter! I am eager to come home and play in front of friends and family,” Dalton said. “I have praised the competition and style of Play Toronto, performed these two sessions and are already expected to contribute positively to the great group.”
