Even with the presence of Giancarlo Stanton’s bat in the middle of his lineup, New York Yankis saw his crisis on the plate on Monday night.
Yenkis loses a season-first four-game in their Tuesday domestic game against Los Angeles Angels.
On Sunday, New York was excluded from 2–0 as hosts Boston Red Socks completed three-marks sweeps, then lost 1–0 in 11 innings in 11 innings on Monday. Yennakis have scored a total of four runs during their defeat and the scoring position at that period is 4 -for -36 (.111) with runners.
On Monday, Stanton went to 2 -for -4 in the beginning of his season after recalling the first 70 matches due to a elbow injury. Yenkis finished 1 -for -18 with runners in the scoring position while finishing with eight hits and strands 12.
“I thought there were some hard-hit balls above and below the lineup, there was some good contact, but when you are not getting out the ball from the ballpark and you are scoring a hard time scoring, you got to take advantage of some situations,” said Aaron Boon, the manager of Yanki.
The losers have been the longest in New York since the four-game skids from July 2-5, 2024. In August 2023, Yankis last dropped five directly when he lost nine consecutive consecutives.
Yanki is 7-9 in its last 16 matches after the stretch of 16 wins in 20 games. New York was held three runs or less for the fifth straight game on Monday.
Angels are on their first three-game winning streak at the current Yanki Stadium. Nolan Shanuel’s 11th-Inning Double won Los Angeles first 1-0 over Yankis since 2008.
Shanuel, who finished 2 -for -5 at night, is hitting .324 (46 -for -142) in his last 39 matches.
Angels’ victory reduced a memorable first trip for Christian Moore for Yanki Stadium. The 22 -year -old Basman, the 22 -year -old, went to Baltimore on the weekend 0 -for -6 -6 to start his leading league career, but he tripled the eighth innings for his first big league hit, scoring a tiebracking run and then pulled out Paul Goldsmide on the plate below 11th.
“Nobody made a mistake,” said Angel’s manager Ron Washington. “We are meant to achieve the hit that worked it, and you just hang (inside). You can’t make mistakes in just those types of sports.”
Will Warren (4-3, 4.86 ERA), who is exiting his second career, will begin on Tuesday for Yenkis. The Wright-Hand did not get any decision in Cannes City on Thursday when he allowed four hits in 5 2/3 innings during the 1-0 win of New York. This season was in 14 for the ninth time that Warren allowed four hits or less.
Warren’s only previous outing against Angels was also his first career home start. On August 7, 2024, he allowed Zach Neto a Grand Slam and surrendered eight runs and eight hits in 4 1/3 innings.
The Kyle Hendrix (4-6, 5.20 ERA) of Los Angeles will try to win the third straight start for the first time since June 2023 for the Chicago cub. Hendrix finally picked up against A on Wednesday, when he scored three runs on seven hits in six innings while winning 6–5.
There is no decision in the right hand and in two career the 3.27 ERA begins against Yankis. Goldsmide against Hendrix is 14 -for -52 (.269). The DJ is 6 -for -22 (.273) from Lemahiyu Angels Starter, and Stanton is 0 -for -9 in its matchup.
