Report: Michigan’s hosting ECU transfer is QB Jake Garcia

Michigan hosted East Carolina Quarterback Jake Garcia this week, CBS Sports reported on Friday.

Garcia entered the transfer portal in this spring and is looking for a fourth program to play its fifth and final season.

In 2024, he passed 1,426 yards with eight tissue and 12 interception in six matches in his lonely season with Pirates.

Garcia started his career in Miami, with seven pics in nine matches with seven TDS at a distance of 950 yards and from 2021–22.

6-Foot-3, 203-Pound Garcia Missouri was transferred, but did not see any action during the 2023 season.

The QB competition in Michigan consists of five star freshman Bryas Underwood, Fresno State Transfer Mickey Cane and Redshart Freshman Jadin Davis.
