Sprows appoints Thomas Frank as the new head coach

The English Premier League Club Tottenham Hotsper nominated Brentford Manager Thomas Frank as his new head coach on Thursday.

Frank signed a three -year contract to become the 13th manager in club history.

The 51 -year -old Frank replaces Ange Postecoglou, which was fired on 6 June, 16 days later he piloted the spurs for his first Europea League title. Squad defeated Manchester United to beat 1-0 in Bilbao, Spain.

The club said in a statement, “In Thomas we are appointing one of the most progressive and innovative head coaches within the game.” “They have a proven track record in player and squad development and we are ready to pursue the team because we prepare for the next season.”

The glory of winning hardware has not erased the sting of Tottenham’s worst EPL campaign since 1977. The spurs finished 17th out of 20 clubs with 11-22–5 points for 38 points and were the last team to avoid the allegations.

Frank managed one and London -based club Brentford for the last seven years. After capturing the title in the Championship League, he took care of the club promoting in 2021. Brentford (16–14–8, 56 digits) has unexpectedly shown upward movement in the last four years and ranks 10th in this season. They were a plus -9 in the target difference and 66 times in the EPL, the fifth -time long.

In his two years in Tottenham, Postcoglu recorded a mark of 47–39–15.

After his game’s career, Frank coached in his original Denmark from 2008–16 before taking Brentford’s position in 2018.

Three members of Frank employees in Brentford will attend the spurs. Assistant coach Justin Kocharan, athletic performance head Chris Hasalam and analyst who will be with Andreas Georgson, a former assistant coach of Newton Manchester United.
