Los Angeles Angels will seek their seventh win in nine matches, when they will host athletics at the conclusion of the three-game chain in Anahem, California on Wednesday afternoon.
After winning 7-4 on Monday and 10 innings on Tuesday, Angels are 6–0 against Athletics this season.
Overall, Los Angeles is 4–1 on the six-game homestand which will end on Wednesday.
Angels manager Ron Washington said, “We just have to stay in the course.” “You have to maintain first, and then you can get continuously.”
Nolan Shanuel has been more consecutive against athletics this season, going for 10 -for -19 in six matches.
He was 3-for-4 with a walk on Tuesday and gave a walk-off single in 10th.
Athletics deliberately went to bring Zach Neto to the corners with runners and two outsiders.
