Duke and Texas will play at Charlotte on 4 November at Dick Vital invitation, ESPN announced on Monday.
The announcement matches Vitale’s 86th birthday and network with their new multier contracts.
“Dick College is the heart of basketball, and his kindness, generosity and courage is a continuous inspiration for all of us,” ESPN president Jimmy Pitaro said in a release. “Through the creation of dick vitale invitation, we will celebrate her and her deep impact on the game.”
At Longhorn and Blue Devils Spectrum Center, Charlett will play home for hornets.
