Michael Vik, Desean Jackson to fight in Phili as HBCU coach

Former Philadelphia Eagles team partners Michael Vik and Desian Jackson will stop as opposed to coaches in 2025 – and they would do at home what they shared.
The Middle Eastern Athletic Conference rivals Norfolk State and Delaware states will meet on Thursday, 30 October in Philadelphia in Lincoln Financial Field.
Eagles on Thursday announced the characteristic of Vik and Jackson’s statements, which are historically entering their first years as head coaches in black colleges and universities (HBCUs).
Vik is from Norfolk, V., region in December and the Norfolk has occupied the state. Jackson was soon hired by the Delaware State. This is the first head coaching status for the two men, who played together for eagles since 2009-13.
Vik said in a statement, “This is a tremendous opportunity for our students-athletes to play in a world class place on a world-class platform.” “Coach Jackson and I created a lot of unforgettable memories in Lincoln Financial Field – this stadium has a special meaning in my NFL career. I am thrilled to be a part of this historical moment and want to thank Philadelphia Eagles, Norfolk State and Delaware State for their cooperation.”
Jackson said, “I came with a unique institution to start a new phase of my career at the Delaware State University that cares about his students and helping to change his futures. I know that coach Vik Vik sees the same in Norfolk,” Jackson said.
“A part of that change is opening our students and scholar athletes for a whole new set of experiences at the highest level. To play in Phili for our teams, in Links, Field Coach On Vic and I called home for many years, will be special for our players, our coaching staff, our former students and fans and HBCU culture across the country.”
Vik spent five of his 13 NFL season with eagles and made 42 start in quarterbacks for the team. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 2010 and overlaps all five years with Jackson, which was under the head of his career and made a Pro Bowl in 2009, 2010 and 2013.
