Sizling Blue is dominated by sliding philos

Miles Straw and Tyler Henman played seven effective innings on Thursday by three RBI, Chris Basit and Toronto Blue Jais defeated Visiting Philadelphia Philos 9–1.

Toronto’s Bo Bichte hit a two-win rubber match of a three-game series to increase the two-win homer to extend the two-run game to nine games.

Alejandro Kirk made three hits for Blue Jais, who won seven out of eight.

Basit (6-3) allowed one run, five hits and two walks with six strikes and 5–0 in his career against Philadelphia.

Nick Castelanos made three hits for Philips, who lost six of the seven.

Toronto scored four runs in the second innings against Jesus Lujardo (5–2), taking advantage of fastball in the middle of the plate. Davis Schneider sang and scored to the left when Straw made a double line for interval in the right center area. Henman took an RBI from the left to double and the middle to the center.

Blue Jais added four in the third. Kirk made less changes for a double to left center by Kirk. Schneider went and Straw hit a two -run single and later stole another. Jonatan went to the class. When Henman was given a single after a shortstop tray turner, two runs were scored, who had their back in the infield, dropped their popups to the left to the left.

Right -handed Max Lazar replaced Lujardo, who scored two runs in 2 1/3 innings with two strikes with nine hits and two walks. This was Lujardo’s second gradual beginning. In his previous outing, the left -handed batsman conceded 12 runs in 3 1/3 innings for a home loss to Milwauki Bruers.

Turner doubled and Kyle Schwarber made a single to place the board on the board.

George Springer doubled and scored Kirk’s single against Seth Johnson in the sixth house.

Phillies Outfielder Weston Wilson picked around a single in the eighth.

Vladimir Gurro Junior of Toronto had a 0-for-5 to abolish his 34-game on-base Streak.

Phillies Catcher JT Realmuto, who left in the ninth innings on Wednesday, a foul ball hit him in the waist area, not started on Thursday, Realmuto said he hopes he would miss only one game.
