Robert McIntire is seeing indications that his game is coming back.
Macintyre will continue trending in a positive direction this week when he defends his RBC Canadian open title in TPC Toronto. The 28 -year -old left -arm batsman from Scotland captured his 45th career PGA Start as a caddy as a caddy to boot his father with his father in his first season.
Currently in the official world golf rankings, McIntire recorded a T6 in Charles Schwab Challenge and a T20 in Memorial.
“Look, the last two weeks have been very good for me,” he said on Tuesday. “Start seeing a light at the end of the tunnel. It’s not an easy sailing for me this year. It is trying to fix some things. But now I think we are on the right path and have been started to merge the game together.”
He said, McIntire opted to remember a little after venture for Hamilton Golf and Country Club in Ontario.
He said, “I went and played Hamilton with my father in Hamilton yesterday.” “We had a good day yesterday and tried to overcome memories and enjoy what we achieved, to be honest with you. It was something special that I would probably never do it again in my life. Obviously my father was placed on the bag. But we went there and just hung for four or five hours and just enjoyed the company.”
Although McIntire has eliminated its proper part of conflicts this year, it does not mean that PGA Tour winner is completely down on his game twice.
“Look, life has been good,” he said. “Last year I struggled a bit with the adjustment of life on the PGA Tour, but this year it has been more than that of more golf, it is just related to golf, to be honest with you. For green, for green, I have been really good. Chipping is really good. I don’t have any problem, I am not just using grain greens.
“… to be honest, my game is again in a magnificent place, and I am looking forward to what is next.”
