Lieutenant Terron Armstated Location in Dolphin Reserve-Retirement List

The retirement of Miami Dolphin released Tackle Terron Armstad when the team placed him in the reserved retired list.
Armstad came to know in April that he was retiring, waiting until June with dolphins to submit the official paperwork to transfer the cap hit obligations in two years instead of one.
Out of $ 18.548 million in dead money, which is $ 10.732 million, it can now be moved in 2026. Miami can also recover more than $ 7 million signing-bones money that was already paid and it was converted into credit on its cap hit.
Armstad, 33, played the last three of his 12 NFL season with Dolphin. He spent his first nine seasons with New Orleans Saints and started 131 games out of his 135 matches. He was nominated five times in Pro Bowl, recently in 2023.
