Scotty Chefler rolled to win the memorial for the third win of the year

The Scotty Sheffeler was another smooth round and won the third time in its last four tournaments, successfully defended his title in the Memorial Tournament with 2-Under-Barbar 70 at the Muirfield Village Golf Club in Ohio’s Dublin.
At 10-under 278 for the tournament, Sheffoler won four-shot over Ben Griffin, the only other golfer to win the PGA Tour event Skafler began in the previous month.
Scheffler did not even win the CJ Cup Biren Nelson in 2025, which is considered their hometown program in the Dallas-Fort Worth region, and then the PGA Championship is claimed. He won seven times in 2024.
Chefler and Tiger Woods are the only back-to-back winners of the Memorial tournament.
Like Saturday, Sheffeler was satisfied with the pars as he played the front nine in 1 with eight pars.
Griffin (73 on Sunday) led to a large part of the first three days, but lost a portion of the top spot with a bogey on the final hole of Saturday. He started with another bogie on Sunday, and he was more than 2 for the day through 13 holes.
Par-5 with 12-Foot put allowed Griffin to expand the suspense after an eagle on 15th, a shirt at number 16. The margin then went from two strokes to four when Griffin was trapped with a double bogie at number 17.
A week ago, the Chefler finished fourth as Griffin won the Charles Schwab Challenge.
Austria’s Sepp Strack (70) was third in 5 and finished fourth under Canada’s second round co-leader Nick Taylor (73) 4. Russell Henley (71) and Mavric Mackeli (70) shared the fifth place under 2.
Brant Snedekar’s 65 was the best score of the final round, taking him under 1 and five-way tie for the seventh place.
